The Clinical Projects & Improvement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful identification and execution of projects and process improvement initiatives across the Clinical function at Equip. The Clinical Projects & Improvement Manager is a key member of the Clinical team. This role may have supervisory duties and will report directly to the Clinical Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute on high priority clinical initiatives that drive measurable change.
  • Conduct business process analyses and assessments to determine the highest impact process improvements with the clinical vertical.
  • Prioritize and execute on identified process improvement opportunities as well as special projects as assigned, holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines and milestones.
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with relevant stakeholders to share insights, engage in collaborative decision-making, and report on progress towards goals and initiatives.
  • Directly manage team members as needed, including prioritizing their work, providing guidance and feedback, and overseeing their performance.
  • Facilitate communication between Clinical leadership and providers via asynchronous internal communications channels and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant process improvement, project management, consulting, or operations roles.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis using large data sets via BI tools such as Mode, Tableau, Excel, and Google Suite products.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience successfully implementing and leading cross-functional projects and initiatives to achieve desired results.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships with excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt as new information is incorporated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to create and deliver presentations and organization-wide communications.
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish assigned projects.
  • Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
