The VP, Employer Services Analytics is a visionary leadership position responsible for architecting Equifax’s data‑driven strategy and transforming complex internal data into high‑value client products. You will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, using expert data storytelling to influence business evolution and solve critical client pain points. This role requires a technical leader who can bridge the gap between rigorous data engineering and executive decision‑making, while fostering a high‑performance culture of "curiosity‑driven" innovation across a multi‑disciplinary team of analysts and scientists.
What You’ll Do
- Proven ability to package internal data assets into products and services that are value added to Employer clients
- Proactively influences business decision on product development by synthesizing industry trends, customer behaviors and internal analytics
- Act as an expert at presenting complex data narratives to clients, identifying white‑space opportunity and solving critical business pain points
- Expert at developing executive‑ready presentations and data dashboards that translate technical insights into compelling stories for non‑technical stakeholders
- Architects and oversees robust, scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support the full suite of Employer Services products
- Foster a high‑performance culture by mentoring mid‑level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity‑driven" innovation
What experience you need
- 10+ years of experience of managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers and data scientists
- Workforce and people analytics experience is preferred
- Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
- A Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred
- Work experience with regulated data is preferred
