The Senior Director of Project Management will be responsible for leading the Project Management Team within EWS Operations. This leadership role includes managing a portfolio of organizational projects and overseeing a team of project and program professionals. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and translating strategic vision into actionable plans.
What you’ll do
- Build and instill project / program rigor for the team including a standardized intake and prioritization model, presentation templates, reporting and PM tools.
- Provide guidance, coaching and development to the project management team.
- Plan and manage projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Distribute workload based on employee bandwidth, capability, and business prioritization.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create implementation plans to increase efficiency and guarantee quality delivery.
- Prepare detailed executive reports on project status, performance, and key metrics.
- Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
This role requires being in the office 3 days/week on Tues - Thurs.

What experience you need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 7-10 years of project management experience, with several years in a leadership role (e.g., Director or Senior PMO role).
- Experience creating and managing detailed project plans.
- Experience in developing and presenting reports to executive leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) is strongly preferred; PgMP or PfMP is a plus.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, risk management, and communication skills.
