ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a results-driven individual with a knack for a methodical approach and a passion for generating sales qualified leads? We are actively seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team, focusing on the systematic execution of outbound prospecting to fuel our regional sales pipelines.
You will actively engage with real estate investment funds, large coworking operators, and major landlord companies, identifying and qualifying their needs to support their digital transformation.
This is a B2B contract position.
WHERE TIME IS SPENT?
You'll dedicate 100% of your time to prospecting and related activities, with your primary objective being to reach monthly targets for Sales Accepted Leads (SAL’s) generated through outbound efforts.
Prospecting Mastery - execute a diversified prospecting strategy, meaning you have a balanced approach to tactics, and not relying on just one. A typical day will have you trying a variety of prospecting channels.

Planning and Administration Expertise - the other critical aspect of prospecting is preparation, research and database/CRM management. It is essential to maximising efficiency and effectiveness. You will be spending time:

- Developing proposals and presentations
- CRM management
- Creating contracts
- Admin
- Calendar management
Business Development Support - supporting Account Executives and Sales Directors on specific opportunities. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the later stages of the sales cycle and to work with experienced sales professionals. You will also get to interact with key decision-makers & C-level executives within the industry. This work includes:
- Booking meetings
- Note taking
- Reporting
