As a Professional Services Consultant, you will implement and customize Eclipse Companion solutions for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their businesses are optimized. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and achieving satisfaction benchmarks. We are seeking applicants with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Eclipse Companion solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Implement Eclipse Companion Product solutions to meet client requirements.
- Customize and configure Eclipse Companions software according to client specifications.
- Conduct Companion Product training sessions and provide support for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
- Achieve and exceed project goals and timelines.
- Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of Eclipse software.
What You Will Likely Bring:
- 5+ years of applicable Epicor Eclipse Companion Product experience.
- Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry.
- 1+ year of consulting experience preferred.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to travel up to 80%.

- Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time, performing work plans, identifying resource requirements, establishing priorities for available resources, and monitoring the performance of project tasks.
- Customer-centric, results-oriented, self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently.

Minimum: $94,000 USD Maximum: $151,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation.
