By the fourth year, the data was compelling, showcasing an average weight loss of over 15% sustained beyond 18 months – a remarkable achievement that signaled the program's readiness for broader impact.

The year 2020 marked a pivotal moment in Enara Health's evolution. Recognizing the profound potential of their clinically proven approach, Dr. Bailony teamed up with Dr. Lydia Alexander, a prominent figure in obesity medicine and then VP of the Obesity Medicine Association, and Felipe Baytelman, an engineer with a background at ClassPass. This collaboration was aimed at building a robust platform and network to scale their innovative obesity treatment. The mission became clear: to develop the first-ever platform designed to make comprehensive, personalized, and insurance-covered obesity treatment accessible. Enara Health's model focuses on a holistic, data-driven approach, integrating personalized nutrition, exercise regimens, medication management (including GLP-1s when appropriate), and crucial behavioral and mental health support. They partner with healthcare systems and clinics, empowering them to offer top-tier obesity care and extend their reach, particularly to underserved communities disproportionately affected by the obesity epidemic.
