ABOUT ENABLE DENTAL

Enable Dental is redefining dental care by bringing high-quality, comprehensive services directly to those who need it most—patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and individuals unable to visit a traditional office. By combining cutting-edge mobile healthcare technology with a compassionate, skilled team, we’re improving oral health outcomes and enhancing quality of life for thousands of patients. As a rapidly growing, mission-driven company, we foster a high-performance culture where innovation, accountability, and teamwork drive everything we do. If you're looking for a career with purpose and growth potential, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As the Manager, Workforce Analytics & Optimization, you’ll ensure our 250-person+ field team is staffed, scheduled, and deployed as efficiently as possible to meet patient demand and operational goals. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused—owning the data models, reporting, and recommendations that help our operations leaders make smart, timely staffing decisions.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with Regional Managers to improve workforce utilization, minimize non-productive time, optimize supply and demand, and ensure we’re delivering care efficiently and cost-effectively across all markets.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain detailed staffing and resource allocation models for both fee-for-service (FFS) and per-member-per-month (PM/PM) programs.
  • Forecast workforce needs based on inputs from B2B and field sales, patient demand trends, and operational performance.
  • Partner closely with Regional Managers to align staffing and scheduling to service goals, productivity targets, and budget.
  • Conduct ad hoc operational analyses, such as:
    • What's the optimal provider comp structure?
    • Should we plant a second office in an existing market to reduce drive time and increase chair-side time?
    • We're falling short on service utilization goals for a program – can we close the gap, and what's the lowest cost way to do so?
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools that track field efficiency, utilization, and staffing KPIs.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS ROLE

  • Drive Real Operational Impact – Your analyses and models will directly improve how care is delivered every day.
  • Be a Trusted Partner to Operations – Work closely with field and regional leaders to ensure teams are fully supported and deployed effectively.
  • Own the Numbers – Build and maintain the core workforce models that inform key operational decisions.
  • Join a Mission-Driven Team – Help make dental care accessible to patients who need it most, while supporting a fast-growing, innovative organization.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex modeling, dynamic dashboards, and scenario analysis.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a strong plus.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement or operational efficiency.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and methodical—able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
