Requirement: FMN Strategic Communication Campaign Manager

Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
Duties and Role:
- Delivery of activities under the the NATO FMN Communication and Awareness Plan
- Creation of communication campaigns in line with C&A Plan objectives and analysis
- Creation of necessary content and media to support the communication campaign
- Liaison and coordination of content delivery agencies and personnel
- Monitoring, recording and assessment of campaign results and outcomes
Work will be conducted using NR (REACH), providing own access to internet.
Work will primarily be conducted using:
NCI Agency Working environment via REACH
TIDEPedia internet page (internet access is therefore required)
Email will be the primary means of written communication
GoToMeeting and Phone are primary methods of voice communication (no specific license required, NATO/NCIA staff will host all meetings)
Outputs must be compatible with MS Office software
Work is expected to be conducted remotely for duration of contract, however, in exceptional circumstances any necessary site visits will be dealt with through an amendment to the purchase order to cover any extraordinary costs in line with extant NATO travel policy and guidance.
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Experience of coordinating and delivering communication and awareness campaigns in technical, research or ICT fields.
- Ability to craft high fidelity messaging, imagery and information products across a range of media types including, but not limited to, web content, imagery and photography, infographics, video and audio.
- Knowledge of Strategic Communication
- Knowledge of Engagement and Liaison
- Knowledge of Planning Coordination
- Knowledge of Media production
- Knowledge of NATO's Structures and the NATO FMN initiative
- Experience of conducting interviews with senior military and defence officials
- Experience of engaging with senior military and defence officials in public events and forums.
- Experience of working in an international environment
- Experience of delivering presentations, both in person and virtually, to large groups.
