Key Responsibilities
- Execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and overall site health.
- Conduct keyword research to guide the content team in creating SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance and report on progress.
- Collaborate with content writers and counselors to assign and oversee article creation, ensuring a balance between informative content and SEO optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engine algorithms.
- Manage off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building) in collaboration with our PR agency.
- Oversee and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
- Experience with SEO reporting and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
