SEO Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and overall site health.
• Conduct keyword research to guide the content team in creating SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance and report on progress.
• Collaborate with content writers and counselors to assign and oversee article creation, ensuring a balance between informative content and SEO optimization.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engine algorithms.
• Manage off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building) in collaboration with our PR agency.
• Oversee and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
• Experience with SEO reporting and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimization practices.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
