We're looking for a skilled and proactive Content Project Manager to join our team — someone who will drive content initiatives from brief to delivery, aligning stakeholders, managing creative workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and continuously optimizing processes based on performance insights.
Job responsibilities
- Handling and evaluating content requests from internal teams: marketing, local offices, Supply;
 - Defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders;
 - Creating briefs for copywriters, designers, and external vendors; sourcing talent when needed;
 - Contributing to content strategy and creative ideation;
 - Managing content projects end-to-end: timelines, quality, brand alignment;
 - Coordinating workflows: task distribution and team workload management;
 - Reviewing and approving materials; providing constructive feedback;
 - Communicating with all project stakeholders: marketing, production, vendors;
 - Delivering final content to relevant publishing channels;
 - Analyzing content performance with analytics teams; applying insights for improvement;
 - Optimizing content team processes and tools.
 
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing or content project management;
 - Knowledge of content marketing principles, localization, and working with target audiences;
 - Completed projects include: marketing and product landing pages, gamification, white papers, checklists, reports, and articles;
 - Experience working with contractors and agencies to execute content projects;
 - Proficient in project management tools;
 - Experience with performance metrics and web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica);
 - Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear content briefs;
 - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, design, analytics, and external vendors;
 - English C1.
