As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to accelerating the speed and scale of tropical forest conservation to combat the climate crisis. Our team is an experienced, multifaceted group of finance and policy experts, all galvanized by the opportunity to create real, transformational change.

We operate as a trusted intermediary between tropical forest countries and the private sector, mobilizing public and private finance to support emissions reductions from deforestation. Our innovative approach facilitates large-scale transactions of high-integrity carbon credits at the jurisdictional level, creating a new marketplace that makes it easier for forest governments and buyers to come together to trade credits to meet their carbon reduction and forest protection goals.
