Senior Full Stack Engineer / AI-Powered Fintech

What You’ll Do:

• Build production-ready, pixel-perfect UI in React Native + Expo using Tamagui and Style Dictionary
• Own and deliver core neobank features: wallets, payments, transaction histories, onboarding, notifications
• Develop and maintain scalable serverless APIs with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, EventBridge
• Integrate stablecoin and blockchain payment flows with a focus on security and compliance
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets and SSE, including AI-driven chat and streaming UX
• Optimize for performance (Hermes, Reanimated, FlashList) and observability (Sentry, Better Stack)
• Collaborate with design teams using Figma → tokens → Tamagui workflows
• Actively leverage AI development tools (Claude, Cursor, MCP integrations) to accelerate coding, testing, and prototyping
• Contribute to our AI-assisted engineering culture, exploring and integrating new tools to increase velocity
• Mentor teammates and help define engineering standards for AI + fintech development

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in mobile fintech apps
• Proven ability to deliver secure, complex financial applications with beautiful UI
• Mastery of React Native + Expo and a strong eye for pixel-perfect UX
• Full stack proficiency in TypeScript, including serverless AWS backends
• Experience with secure authentication (Cognito, JWT, device secrets) and financial-grade data handling
• Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain transactions, or payments APIs
• Strong understanding of real-time networking (WebSockets, SSE)
• Comfortable using AI tooling in daily development — ideally already working with Claude, Cursor, or AI-assisted IDEs
• Passionate about pushing the frontier of AI-driven software development
