We are seeking a high-performing Consultant to join an innovative, fast-growing start-up led by former top-tier consulting professionals. We combine big-firm expertise with the agility, creativity, and energy of a modern transformation business, challenging the market in new ways.

As a Consultant, you will lead and support projects across strategy, operating model design, legal operations, business transformation, and technology-enabled change. You will operate in a dynamic environment, with real ownership, impact, and the chance to shape how a next-generation consulting organisation delivers value.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & PMO

  • Run or support PMO structures, including planning, RAID management, reporting, stakeholder mapping, and governance.

  • Manage project milestones, risks, interdependencies, and actions efficiently.

  • Prepare clear documentation and updates for stakeholders and leadership.

Client Engagement & Requirements Translation

  • Collaborate directly with client teams to understand challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.

  • Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and communicate insights effectively.

  • Serve as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and consulting delivery teams.

Problem Solving & Analysis

  • Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving approaches used in top-tier consulting.

  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data, synthesising insights into clear recommendations.

  • Conduct diagnostics, market research, benchmarking, and opportunity analysis.

Process Mapping & Operating Model Design

  • Map end-to-end processes using Visio, Miro, Lucid, or equivalent tools.

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and optimisation opportunities.

  • Support design of future-state operating models covering people, process, technology, data, and governance.

Workshop Preparation & Facilitation

  • Design workshop materials, including agendas, exercises, and pre-reading.

  • Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops to gather insights and validate solutions.

  • Convert workshop outputs into clear deliverables and recommendations.

AI & LLM Tooling

  • Confidently use Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance productivity and insight generation.

  • Apply AI tools for drafting, synthesis, analysis, research, ideation, and workflow optimisation.

  • Follow responsible AI practices aligned with client confidentiality and governance.

Deliverables & Communication

  • Produce polished PowerPoint decks and written reports.

  • Present complex information clearly and client-friendly.

  • Contribute to proposals, business cases, and strategic presentations.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong consulting foundation in professional services environments.

  • Experience in business transformation, PMO, or process improvement.

  • Proficient in process mapping (Visio, Miro, Lucid, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Confident user of AI/LLM tools.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Preferred

  • Experience in legal operations, professional services, or regulatory environments.

  • Exposure to operating model design or technology-enabled transformation.

  • Familiarity with CLM, workflow automation, or legal tech tools.
