The journey of Education Unlimited began in 1993, born from a simple yet powerful mission: to help high school students find and gain acceptance to the college that would be their perfect fit. It was founded by Matthew Fraser and a group of his college friends, who envisioned a new way to teach critical skills in a fun, engaging learning environment. With this goal at its core, the company launched its flagship program, the College Admission Prep Camp®. This was a pioneering concept at the time, an all-in-one package combining extensive SAT preparation, personalized college counseling, and expert writing instruction into one deeply effective and educational experience. This initial offering laid the foundation for a legacy of academic excellence and student empowerment that continues to define the company decades later.

From that single program with just 34 students in its inaugural year, Education Unlimited has blossomed into one of the nation's leading providers of academic and creative arts summer programs. Today, its catalog is rich and diverse, catering to students from the 4th to the 12th grade with a wide array of interests. The offerings have expanded to include a Public Speaking Institute, Computer Camps, California Actors Workshops, Video Production Camps, and specialized writing programs like the Emerging Writers Institute. Programs are hosted on the prestigious campuses of universities like UC Berkeley, Stanford, and UCLA, giving students a taste of collegiate life. Despite its significant growth, serving nearly 2,000 students each summer from across the globe, the company has never wavered from its original commitment: hiring the highest caliber instructors and delivering an unparalleled experience for every participant, a commitment reflected in consistently high parent satisfaction and recommendation rates.
