Why This Role Matters

As a Speech Pathologist / ELL Workshop Facilitator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting educators who serve multilingual learners with diverse language and communication needs. Through high-quality professional learning experiences, you will help educators strengthen instruction for students who are both actively acquiring English and navigating speech or language disabilities. Your expertise will directly influence educator practice and improve outcomes for students with complex language profiles.

This is a remote, part time, project based role. While the majority of services will be delivered virtually, some travel (approximately 10-20%) for keyin-person facilitations is also expected.

  • Smart Tools, Less Busywork – We use modern tech to automate the tedious and amplify the strategic.
  • Serious About Growth – We invest in you. With a personalized development plan and ongoing learning support, you’ll have room to level up fast.

What You’ll Love To Do

  • Facilitate high-quality professional learning sessions for educators serving multilingual learners, including students with speech and language disabilities.
  • Provide clear, specific instructional guidance to educators supporting students who are both English Language Learners and actively acquiring English proficiency.
  • Help educators distinguish between language difference and language disorder, and apply that understanding to instructional and intervention decisions.
  • Translate clinical speech-language expertise into practical, classroom-relevant strategies educators can apply immediately.
  • Create learning environments, virtual or in person, where educators feel supported, challenged, and confident applying new approaches.
  • Build connections quickly, turning groups of educators into collaborative learning communities.
  • Lean into your love of teaching adults, modeling the same instructional moves we want educators to use with students.
  • Navigate virtual and in-person dynamics with confidence, curiosity, and flexibility.

  • Comfort providing direct, actionable guidance to educators serving students with mixed language profiles.
  • Demonstrated success facilitating interactive workshops for adult learners, both in person and virtually.
  • High energy, enthusiasm for the craft of teaching and learning, and a passion for educator growth.
  • Strong presence in front of groups and the ability to read a room, adjust pacing, and maintain engagement.
  • Tech-savviness and comfort navigating Zoom, Google tools, virtual collaboration platforms, and digital materials.
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
  • A self-starter attitude, reliability, timeliness, and professionalism.

Our customers face the critical challenge of ensuring every student has access to a highly effective teacher, which is why we have dedicated our mission to transforming education through impactful teacher training. We believe that the most powerful tool in any classroom is the educator, and by empowering them to move from good to great, we directly influence student success. Traditional professional development often falls short, being infrequent or generic, but we solve this by providing virtual, one-on-one coaching that is both personalized and data-driven.

We partner with schools and districts to deliver a coaching platform that pairs teachers with expert instructional coaches. Our approach is non-evaluative and focuses entirely on growth, using video-based observations and actionable feedback to help educators refine their practice. By leveraging technology, we make high-quality coaching scalable and accessible, ensuring that teachers receive the consistent support they need to thrive. Whether it's through our intensive 1:1 coaching partnerships or interactive workshops, our goal remains the same: to ensure that every student, in every classroom, benefits from an exceptional learning environment fostered by a supported and skilled educator.
