Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
CMMS Administration & Maintenance Planning
- Lead the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all Edged data center sites using the eMaint CMMS platform.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset metadata, PM task plans, and service reports to ensure data integrity.
- Forecast and coordinate upcoming maintenance needs in collaboration with site vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and close gaps in task plans, scheduled work orders, and asset coverage in partnership with Operations, HSE, and third-party facilities partners.
- Serve as the primary system administrator for CMMS: creating new user accounts, auditing roles and permissions, and enforcing data standards.
Reporting, Training & User Support
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track maintenance completion, PM forecasting, corrective work order progress, and training compliance.
- Contribute to creating user training content and administering eMaint University learning paths for new and existing team members.
- Provide hands-on support to ensure system adoption and user success; monitor training progress and follow up on outstanding items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure site-level alignment with global standards for CMMS use and maintenance tracking.
Vendor Coordination & Site Operations Support
- Coordinate with vendors for scheduling site visits, managing service documentation in the CMMS, and maintaining updated spare parts catalogs and pricing.
- Support onboarding of new suppliers in collaboration with Edged Procurement and manage the collection of recommended spare parts catalogues.
- Participate in site launch and turnover processes: apply new assets to maintenance schedules, develop new maintenance plans, and evaluate spare parts inventory needs.
- Communicate planned and unplanned maintenance activities to stakeholders and customers in line with SLA expectations.
Skills & Requirements Education / Experience
- A minimum of 3+ years of combined experience in the following areas:
- Expertise in maintenance, asset management, and CMMS software implementation and facilitation.
- Maintenance planning, scheduling, or operations support in a critical infrastructure or facilities environment
- Experience with asset management, inventory tracking, and spare parts management processes
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance planning principles
- Experience developing SOPs, dashboards, and user training documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Data Center operations is highly preferred.
- Experience working and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple sites or regions
- Understanding of procurement and vendor onboarding processes
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or building systems is a plus
