ecosio is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our lean, high-impact data team. We aren't just looking for a coder; we're looking for a partner. Alongside our existing data engineer, you will be a key architect of our entire data ecosystem. You won't be handed tickets in a backlog—you'll be instrumental in deciding our technical direction, from data modeling strategies to the future of our data platform. Job Description
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
- Taking Full Ownership: Architect, build, and maintain our end-to-end data platform. You will have ownership of the infrastructure, data models, and ingestion pipelines.
- Shaping Our Future: Partner with the team to design and implement the next evolution of our data stack, including a potential migration from our Redshift data warehouse to a modern, platform-agnostic data lake.
- Drive Modern Data Modeling: Evolve and expand our recently deployed dbt-core project, building robust and scalable data models to support our new **Omni Analytics** platform.
- Automate Everything: Define and manage our entire data infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Build Serverless Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain our efficient, serverless data extraction processes using Python and AWS Lambda.
- Be More Than an Engineer: Act as a strategic partner, contributing to decisions on tooling and architecture with a "buy-it" mindset that prioritizes team effectiveness and focus.

Qualifications
