- Follow-Up Specialist:Manage follow-ups with leads via call, text, and email after AI agents make the initial contact.
- Admin Support:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, tracking communications, organizing files, and updating CRMs.
- Go High Level Savvy:Use Go High Level to manage workflows, pipeline updates, and automated messaging.
- Dial Pad Pro:Confidently use dialer tools to manage outbound/inbound communications and keep records updated.
- Cold Calling Know-How:Support occasional cold calling tasks or call backs when needed to keep leads warm and engaged.
- Detail-Oriented: You catch the small stuff and keep things organized behind the scenes.
- Follow-Up Ninja:You know how to keep a conversation going and make people feel heard.
- Tech-Confident:Comfortable working with CRMs like Go High Level and dialer systems.
- Self-Starter:You don’t need hand-holding — you’re resourceful, responsive, and reliable.
