We are looking for a Senior Manager Global Skill Management (Strategy & Governance) (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the HR sector.
- Proven leadership experience and competence in working closely with senior executives and managing key accounts.
- Extensive experience in strategic and conceptual work, including the implementation of organization-wide projects.
- Deep knowledge of strategic skill management and hands-on experience in digital HR process implementation, as well as HR data analytics and performance measurement.
- Ability to influence and drive the Skill Management roadmap at an executive level.
- Experience in communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including executives/top management, IT/Digital teams, cross-functional business areas, co-determination bodies, and external providers.
