We are looking for an SAP Finance Consultant with focus on SAP Timesheet (CATS) module to join our dedicated SAP Finance support team for one of our customers. You will provide critical support and maintenance activities for our customer's business-critical SAP ECC system, closely integrated with SAP FI/CO/AA/FM and HCM modules, particularly within a public sector context.

We are currently looking for:

SAP Finance Consultant

Job location: Remote from Poland

You will be responsible for:

• Provide daily maintenance and support of SAP Finance area with focus on SAP Timesheet (CATS) and integrated modules.
• Configure and test functionalities within SAP Timesheet CATS, addressing support tickets and resolving user issues.
• Engage in knowledge transfer activities, review existing documentation, and participate actively in training sessions during the initial phase.
• Advise clients on optimal use and SAP best practices to meet business requirements.
• Cooperate with technical teams to facilitate integrations, manage interfaces, and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.

​We require:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.
• At least 4+ years of experience as an SAP Finance consultant, with specific experience or interest to learn SAP Timesheet CATS.
• Understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc.).
• Proven support and delivery experience across multiple SAP Finance modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and delivering clear, impactful presentations.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have: 

• SAP certification related to S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
• Prior experience or familiarity with SAP Funds Management or the willingness to learn.
• Exposure and understanding of public sector business processes.
• Ability to quickly adapt and flexibly respond to changing priorities and client requirements.
• Proficiency in German is advantageous for certain client engagements and communication needs.
