Essential Job Functions:•Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and reports.•Manage a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.•Support process improvement and cost control initiatives, actively seeking efficiencies.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.•Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.•Prepare financial reports and present key insights to management.•Assist in the selection and implementation of financial systems.Basic Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience•Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in finance or related roles•Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight•Proficiencies in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting•A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:•Advanced degree in Finance or a relevant field is a plus•Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus
