We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join DXC’s High Secure Services (HSS) organisation. This is a senior, client‑facing role where you’ll build trusted relationships, guide clients through complex challenges, and ensure they receive exceptional service and value from DXC. You’ll play a key role in shaping successful outcomes, driving account growth, and supporting one of DXC’s most important platinum clients — a Top 10 global customer with long-term strategic significance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Understand client goals and help translate them into successful delivery outcomes.

Service Delivery & Excellence

  • Ensure services are delivered smoothly, proactively, and with high attention to quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address issues early and keep clients fully supported.

Revenue, Renewal & Growth

  • Lead renewals and shape smaller deal cycles (sub‑£5m).
  • Spot opportunities to add value for the client while working closely with Sales and Client Partners.

Financial Awareness

  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
  • Help ensure the account’s financial performance aligns with client and DXC expectations.

Strategic Account Planning

  • Develop thoughtful, future‑focused account plans.
  • Lead QBRs and ensure alignment with both client objectives and the HSS strategy.

Risk & Relationship Health

  • Anticipate risks and take proactive action to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery leaders, capability leads, and operational teams to create a seamless client experience.

Client Onboarding & Adoption

  • Support implementation of new services, ensuring clients quickly see the value of DXC solutions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and financial understanding (forecasting, budgets, margins).
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence in a collaborative and inclusive way.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, structured approach to challenges.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex activities.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and shape recommendations.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce, PSA tools, and dashboards (or willing to learn).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Successful track record in client-facing roles such as Client Success, Account Management, or related areas.
  • Experience managing complex accounts and contributing to growth.
  • Eligible for UK security clearance.
