DSI, a premier Dallas-based sales enablement and custom business solutions company, has an immediate career opportunity for a Zoho Developer/Project Manager. This person will oversee the development and optimization of our Zoho CRM platform for a new division inside DSI.

This role combines technical expertise with cross-functional leadership to ensure our CRM infrastructure supports scalable business growth, integrates seamlessly with other systems, and delivers operational excellence across teams. The ideal candidate will act as both a technical architect and strategic project manager, ensuring Zoho implementations align with company-wide goals, particularly in areas such as sales pipeline management, onboarding automation, and marketing workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM development experience, including Deluge scripting and API integrations
  • Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams
  • Strong systems thinker capable of designing and maintaining complex data flows
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Domo, Business Central, and SQL is a strong plus
  • Bonus: experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or web development frameworks

Key Responsibilities/Scope

Zoho CRM Development & Customization

  • Design, build, and optimize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automations using Deluge scripting
  • Develop rule-based task management and automated dealer lifecycle stages
  • Automate paperwork, onboarding, background checks, and program flow processes within Zoho

CRM Integration & Workflow Automation

  • Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools including web forms, recruiter channels, background check platforms, marketing tools, and APIs
  • Lead integration between Zoho and systems such as Microsoft Business Central, Domo, Monday.com, and SQL-based databases
  • Consolidate and centralize customer and dealer data to enable real-time access and cross-departmental collaboration

Sales Pipeline & Marketing Optimization

  • Streamline and automate inbound lead capture from web and recruiter sources
  • Configure follow-up sequences and personalized outreach campaigns triggered by behavioral data
  • Build dashboards and operational analytics to monitor dealer activity, sales performance, and field operations

Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Manage CRM-related projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service Delivery
  • Establish structured workflows for team accountability and data governance

Support, Training & Documentation

  • Serve as an internal Zoho subject matter expert
  • Maintain data quality, enforce system governance, and document workflows
  • Provide end-user support and training to promote adoption and self-sufficiency

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Campaigns. Certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer, Zoho Creator Certified Developer) are a plus
  • Deluge Scripting: Proficiency in scripting to build custom functions, workflows, and automation logic
  • API Integration - Experience integrating Zoho with third-party tools via REST APIs.
  • Workflow Automation - Ability to design and implement automated processes within and across Zoho apps
  • Data Modeling & CRM Architecture - Understanding of relational data models, data governance, and CRM design principles
  • Reporting & Dashboards - Building analytical dashboards and generating operational reports using Zoho Analytics, Domo, or similar BI tools
  • Bonus - Experience with SQL, Zapier, Make/Integromat, JavaScript, or web development is a strong advantage
