As a UX Designer at SARA Plus, you will be at the heart of our product development process. You will be responsible for understanding our users’ challenges and translating them into intuitive, accessible, and elegant design solutions. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create a seamless and impactful user experience for our B2B and C2C channels, from initial concept to final implementation.

Responsibilities

  • User Research & Discovery: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points
  • Ideation & Design: Translate user needs and business requirements into user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
  • UI Design: Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with and contribute to our evolving design system
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work hand-in-hand with product managers to define product strategy and with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs and a high-quality final product
  • Validation & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iteratively improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative data
  • Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, ensuring the user's voice is heard in every decision

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your process - from research and wireframes to final UI - and the impact of your work
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (mainly Figma, Adobe Suite)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies (such as Atomic Design) and a passion for solving complex problems
  • Solid understanding of design systems and prior experience designing and/or maintaining them
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing for B2B, C2C, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • An impeccable eye for detail and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
  • Accessibility Advocacy: ensure all designs meet or exceed WCAG guidelines
  • Low Ego, High Impact: You champion the best idea, not your idea. You actively seek diverse perspectives and can be proven wrong without defensiveness
  • User-Obsessed, Not Solution-Attached: You are driven by user needs and business outcomes, and you're willing to pivot away from a beloved concept if the data or research suggests a better path
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or conversational UI products
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to facilitate better collaboration with engineers
