Technical Transformation Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager who has delivered successful change programs at scale. A person with a deep technical background either as a developer, architect, or infrastructure program manager. As part of the team you own all stages of the program execution, reporting, risk & dependencies to ensure best practice on the life cycle of the transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program management for technical transformation initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Work closely with Technology leadership to define the technical transformation roadmap and adjust as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to company executive team.
• Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are met throughout the program lifecycle.
• Define resource plans to support project objectives.
• Communicate the benefits of technical transformation initiatives to employees and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
• Establish quality standards and agile metrics to measure the success of technical transformation projects.

Experience and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in project/program management, preferably in technical transformation or IT-related projects.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is desirable.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience in a similar industry or domain is a plus.
• Must be able to travel internationally several times a year.
