Requirements
- Responding to incoming customer service and technical support calls
- Managing all inbound emails and on-line chats with customers
- Driving sales by providing technical part information, recommending replacement parts, looking for up-selling opportunities, providing pricing and accepting orders
- Maintaining product and customer knowledge – staying current with cutting edge technologies that impact your customers
- Resolving customer complaints, answering customer requests, and taking corrective action as needed in regard to orders, product availability, pricing and shipments
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory
- Supporting the Field Sales team with projects and sales opportunities
