THE JOB: Analyst, Shared Care
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $70,856 - $88,570
Reporting to the Manager, Shared Care, and working with the Senior Analyst, the Analyst plays a vital role in coordinating and strengthening communication across the Shared Care Committees (SCC). This position focuses on the collection, synthesis, and reporting of data, information, and lessons learned from various initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and project coordination skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. A demonstrated ability to process and integrate input from multiple partners—including physicians, Health Authorities, Divisions of Family Practice, UBC, and Ministry of Health is essential. The Analyst will identify key themes and translate findings for diverse audiences, including leaders across Doctors of BC. An interest in knowledge sharing and translation, paired with strategic thinking, active listening, and proactive initiative, will support success in this role.
This role also serves as the technical and administrative support for the Caspio CRM system, acting as a subject matter expert for both internal and external partners. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining internal dashboards for SCC staff, creating a comprehensive user manual, training sessions, and providing guidance on technical inquiries. The Analyst will also help prepare for data migration and the transition to a new CRM system. Additionally, the Analyst will manage ad-hoc data analysis requests and identify trends and insights that inform decision-making. They will be responsible for preparing and presenting quarterly reports that demonstrate the impact of SCC initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting to leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Undergraduate university degree in a recognized and related discipline, AND up to two years of related experience; OR have an equivalent level of related work experience in lieu of post-secondary education.
- Ability to synthesize and evaluate feedback from multiple sources.
- Ability to translate technical information to various audiences.
- Excellent writing skills and experience developing clear, concise, and comprehensive correspondence and other documents.
- Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication and relationship management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply problem solving skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
- Project support experience, including implementing timelines, estimating, and identifying risks.
- Strong client/customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
- Experience working in the BC health care system or general knowledge of the BC health care system is an asset.
- Previous success working in dynamic, challenging, and ambiguous environments, an asset.
