  • Implement and drive forecasting and budgeting process improvements and systems solutions that result in increased forecast accuracy, rigor, scalability, and operational efficiencies

  • Own and improve management reporting for leadership to analyze results and present forecasts, author clear narratives that describe business strategy and performance, assess business risk and operating health, and align cross functional teams to effective solutions

  • Build a deep finance business partnership with functional leaders and their extended leadership teams to drive regular business reviews, short and long-range financial planning processes, reporting and analytics

  • Build and execute processes that guide product resource allocation and other strategic planning initiatives

  • Own short-term to long-range plans, benchmarking and other corporate level models, investment frameworks and analysis

  • Build and lead a collaborative and inclusive team of high-performers to scale with the business

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in investment banking, VC/PE, FP&A / Strategic Finance, Business Operations or related fields

  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS businesses, GAAP accounting and financial/operating metrics

  • Deep experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, process management and data modeling

  • Deep experience utilizing planning systems and automating reporting at scale

  • Proven ability to influence across all levels in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Business partnership experience at the executive level; ability to summarize information and effectively communicate to both financial and non-financial audiences.

  • Strong financial modeling experience and a willingness to dig into the details is a must

  • Proven ability to translate insights into action, working with large data sets, translating business drivers into financial forecasts and distilling key learnings into structured frameworks to drive strategic planning and initiatives

  • Highly organized and effective planning and prioritizing skills; capable of executing multiple projects simultaneously

  • SQL proficiency is a plus
