Senior Manager, Engineering, Coding Agent Sandboxes (US East Preferred)

Docker is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering, Coding Agent Sandboxes to lead a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the new coding agent sandbox functionality. The successful candidate will have a deep technical background and be skilled at growing and managing senior individual contributors.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing a high performing team
• 5+ years experience as a software developer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work remotely across time zones
