Requirements
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound outreach, lead nurturing, follow-ups, and closing.
- Deliver a standout client experience that confidently guides leads from first touch to committed member.
- Manage and support Client Experience Team Members (sales reps), providing coaching, feedback, and accountability.
- Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance and pipeline activity daily.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts, systems, and client experience processes.
