About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Outbound Cold Caller to connect with mom‑and‑pop self‑storage owners across the U.S.
- Primary focus: High‑volume outbound cold calling to qualify interest and hand off warm leads
- Secondary support: Occasional inbound call backup via RingCentral (screening & routing)
- Tools & training: CRM tracking, scripts, and onboarding provided
Responsibilities
- Place high‑volume outbound cold calls to provided lead lists
- Document prospect fit and maintain accurate CRM notes
- Transfer warm/qualified leads to Richard & Robert; schedule appointments
- Serve as RingCentral backup: route billing calls to Robert, property issues to Richard
- Request basic info when appropriate (T12, NOI, unit mix)
- Provide weekly activity summaries (dials, connects, qualified leads, appointments)
- Offer general administrative assistance as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken & written English (C1 level)
- Proven high‑volume cold calling experience; resilient with rejection
- Organized, detail‑oriented; strong note‑taking and follow‑through
- Script adherence with real‑time adaptability
- Awareness of U.S. time zones and judgment for calling hours
- Nice to have: B2B cold calling; real estate/self‑storage familiarity (terms like T12, NOI, unit mix are trainable)
