We are in search of an individual who is skilled at ensuring product quality, adhering to deadlines, and managing complexities. This role involves collaborating with our growing engineering team to deliver engineering projects. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and implementing testing strategies, executing test plans, monitoring outcomes, and driving improvements.

We’re looking for someone with a thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies, especially within an Agile development framework. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality work and enjoy working with a talented team, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Location

We are a 100% fully remote company (U.S. only).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance, testing, or a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in upholding quality-centric initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in creating detailed test cases based on product specifications and executing these test cases.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple testing projects with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to collaborate effectively towards a common goal, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Extra Credit

  • Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), Certified Software Tester (CSTE), or similar.
  • Experience with quality management software, such as JIRA, Selenium, or TestRail.
  • Experience with specific technologies and product types, such as SaaS platforms, API development and testing, and networking-intensive solutions.
