We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytic Director, GTM Insights & Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing, sales, and other company data to provide actionable insights that will drive our go-to-market strategies and business decisions. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and optimize sales performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for using data to drive results.
Expedition Expectations
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing and sales data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to key stakeholders.
- GTM Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, lead generation, customer acquisition, and time to revenue. Provide regular updates and insights to the sales and marketing teams and executive leadership.
- Forecasting & Planning: Assist in sales forecasting and marketing planning by analyzing historical data and market trends. Provide recommendations for setting targets, quotas, and coverage models.
- CRM Management: Observe the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM system. Monitor data quality and work with the GTM Operations team to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness including automation of tasks. Implement best practices for data management and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, operations and other departments to support initiatives and campaigns. Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into company performance. Ensure reports are user-friendly and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Passport to Success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Familiarity in working in a data lake environment, Snowflake is a plus.
- Experience using and reporting in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
