We're looking for a Salesforce CRM Analytics Data Engineer III-V
Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions on the Salesforce CRM Analytics platform. He/she will be in charge of creating and maintaining data pipelines, data storage solutions, data processing, and data integration to enable data-driven decision-making inside the company.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage data solutions on Salesforce CRMA with ability to cross other modules/platforms
- Create and maintain data pipelines, data storage solutions, data processing, and data integration to enable data-driven decision-making inside the company.
- Develop and implement data integration processes
- Ensure that the data is efficiently cleaned, converted, and loaded.
- Handle and analyze enormous volumes of data using big data technologies
- Create data processing workflows and pipelines to support data analytics, machine learning, and other data-driven applications.
- Create and work with a reusable data analytics approach
- Capture metrics on success, failures, and mitigation steps
- Technical leadership, setting best practices for data analytics solution build, testing, and iterative refinement
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and meet data requirements.
- Design data storage systems that scale, perform, and are economical enough to satisfy the organization’s requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience building Salesforce CRMA solutions and strategies
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data solution design: connected data, data flows and/or recipes, data-driven reports/lenses and dashboards in CRMA, visualizations
- Experienced in Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL)
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
