As a Graphic Designer, you will join our talented Creative Team to produce impressive, effective, and clever design work for various clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conceptualize, design, and execute high-quality visual assets for branding, web design, digital advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and other team members to understand client needs and translate them into impactful visuals.
• Develop and maintain brand identities, ensuring consistent and effective brand application across all touchpoints.
• Design user-friendly and visually engaging websites that prioritize user experience and conversion optimization.
• Create eye-catching and strategically designed digital advertisements for various platforms, including social media and display advertising.
• Stay current on design trends and industry best practices, readily adopting and implementing new technologies and techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback to teammates and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Advanced English language skills (verbal and written).
• 3-5 years of design experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentation and brand experience is a plus.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
  Landing Page builders like unbounce or instapage
  Email Marketing Platforms like Mailchimp, Omnisend, Klaviyo.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Position Details:

The Graphic Designer role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and effective communication. You will report directly to the Creative Team Manager and collaborate closely with other team members to deliver high-quality design work.
