This is a remote job and the successful candidates will support mainly in Veneto area; Rovigo and Treviso.

We offer fixed-term contract for one year.

Your main duties will include:

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and technical maintenance of hardware and software products—primarily on customer premises.
• Carry out scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other service tasks, including minor product repairs within your assigned territory.
• Assess equipment to ensure proper operation, resolving issues directly or escalating them following established procedures.
• Manage service scheduling, complete all required documentation, and collaborate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and clear understanding of product functionality.
