Bruker is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service and Support Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a Service and Support Engineer, you will provide expert technical expertise in installation, commissioning, and customer support for the Bruker AXS product line. The role involves frequent travel within Italy and occasionally abroad, and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong technical background in electronics, hardware, and software installation, maintenance, and repair.
Requirements
- Qualification in electronics
- Qualified technician/technical engineering or similar relevant education
- Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably with X-ray-related products
- Solid technical and/or scientific background gained in industry or academia
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, maintenance, and repair
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with good spoken and written Italian and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, organized, and efficiently
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Italy and occasionally abroad
