Job Description: VMS Sales Representative (Commission-Only)

What You'll Do
- Build and own your pipeline from scratch through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events
- Identify decision makers CHROs, CPOs, CFOs, VP of HR, Procurement Directors, and Operations leaders
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and uncover pain around contractor visibility, billing accuracy, and workforce reporting
- Schedule and co-facilitate live VMS platform demos with DTLC's technical team
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement
- Negotiate deal terms within DTLC's pricing framework
- Maintain pipeline records and provide weekly activity updates to DTLC leadership
- Represent DTLC professionally and credibly in all client interactions
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
Required:- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in any industry SaaS, HR tech, staffing, software, or services
- Proven track record of generating your own leads and closing independently
- Comfortable selling to C-suite and VP-level decision makers
- Strong communicator written, verbal, and on video calls
- Self-directed with high personal accountability no micromanagement here
- Comfortable with a sales cycle ranging from 30 days (SMB) to 6 months (enterprise)
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
Preferred but not required:
- Experience selling HR tech, workforce management, or SaaS platforms
- Existing relationships with HR, procurement, or finance leaders in any industry
- Familiarity with VMS or MSP platforms as a user, buyer, or seller
- Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise accounts ($30M+ revenue companies)
What You Will NOT Need- Government sales experience not required
- Technical background DTLC handles all demos and technical questions
- An existing book of government business private sector only focus for this role
- A degree in any specific field results matter, credentials do not
