Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in HR, Labour Relations, Business or relevant field
- 5+ years in Labour Relations within unionized environments with hands-on bargaining and arbitration experience
- Solid collective agreement interpretation and advocacy skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
