WHAT'S THE JOB?
Duties
We are looking to add a passionate Sales Support Specialist to our team! This is a remote role, open to candidates located in Nova Scotia, ideally someone who can support our Atlantic Canada Region. Duties include but are not limited too:
- Work with Business Development Directors to develop and implement growth strategies and sales prospecting plans
- Conduct weekly review meetings with Sales Directors and direct report
- Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings using company CRM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Teams, LinkedIn, Salesforce etc.)
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to qualify sales opportunities
- Promote the company brand through social media, B2B platforms, and other marketing initiatives
- Monitor sales prospecting progress and help set and achieve monthly prospecting and sales targets
- Conduct research and development projects to support the sales enablement process
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Business Development role
- Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business. Knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, and customer service are required.
- Knowledge of the janitorial and hospitality business is an asset
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and lead-generation tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator etc.
- Ability to work independently and make sound, strategic decisions
- Ability to work independently. Good decision-making skills are essential to be successful in this role.
- Outstanding time management skills, strong computer literacy, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
