Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with IC tools (Xactly, Incentive 360, Anaplan, etc.)
- Experience with Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
