Nearshore Sector | Project Manager (AEM)

At Devoteam, we are seeking a talented and passionate Program Manager to join our expanding team at Devoteam Portugal, a leading AI-driven tech consulting firm. In this role, you will be a crucial player in owning the end-to-end success of a large-scale AEMaaCS migration program for a major global player in the industrial manufacturing and engineering sector.

Requirements

• Program Roadmap & Strategy: Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria across all stages of the migration.
• Accountable Leadership: Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes, ensuring time, quality, and value realization goals are met.
• Stakeholder Governance: Govern collaboration between Managed Service Providers, Web Platform Teams, and various Business Areas to ensure alignment.
• Technical Stewardship: Ensure all platform foundations are future-proof, following AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, and cloud security standards.
• Operational Management: Oversee budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency management while driving standardization for large-scale migrations.
• Executive Communication: Own executive reporting and steering committee communication to ensure transparency and strategic alignment
