Nearshore Sector | IAM Business Analyst

Devoteam is seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to join their nearshore team in Lisboa, Portugal. The ideal candidate will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing identity and access management requirements and translating them into effective solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IAM, identity management, or related business analysis roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and deprovisioning
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and tools (such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar solutions)
• Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
