Requirements

- Collaborate with N1, N3 teams, and developers for problem escalation and tracking
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (procedures, operation guides, FAQs)
- Participate in updates, tests, and continuous improvements of the platform
- Contribute to automation and optimization of processes
