We’re looking for a RemoteScheduling & Admin Coordinator to oversee cleaner allocations, client communications, and operational administration. You’ll ensure bookings run smoothly and records are kept accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Assign cleaners and backup staff to jobs
Confirm schedules with clients and cleaners
Monitor payments and update internal systems
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and urgent replacements
Track job progress and document outcomes, feedback, and complaints
Support recruitment coordination and onboarding of new cleaners

Requirements

Reliable laptop, internet, and quiet home workspace
Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)
