Developex is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
We are building an audio ecosystem to satisfy needs of users with different goals and ensure convenience, engagement, and high-quality listening experience across all use cases.
About the role
In this role, you will go beyond translating product vision into requirements and actively contribute to shaping it. You will bring your own insights, validate assumptions, and help influence the product direction through data, research, and structured thinking.
You will act as a key link between stakeholders, developers, and users, ensuring that the product not only meets functional expectations but also delivers a smooth and high-quality experience. The role spans from high-level roadmap strategy to detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria (Given / When / Then).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex technical products
- English level B2+ for communication with an international team
- Strong product thinking and understanding of product value in relation to competitors
- Strong skills in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Solid experience in User Stories preparation with Acceptance criteria in Given / When / Then format
- Solid experience in handling changes and keeping requirements Up to date
- Ability to read system diagrams and understand user flow through data flow
- Familiarity with AI trends and understanding how they can be applied to enhance user experience and product value
- Experience or personal interest in streaming, content creation, or the music industry; understanding of what an audio signal is and what “real-time” actually means in the context of digital signal processing

- Experience conducting user interviews and extracting real user problems and needs
- Ability to work with BI data and use insights to support product decisions
- Experience as a QA engineer in the past
What you will be doing
- Communicate with stakeholders and conduct deep competitor research to ensure the product stays aligned with global audio industry standards and user expectations
- Analyze system architecture to identify potential user flow issues already at the planning stage
- Participate in persona development, conduct user interviews, identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and shape optimal user flows for a natural and smooth experience
- Create block diagrams of user flows / signal flows and participate in UX/UI prototyping
- Participate in roadmap creation, backlog prioritization and following Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Create atomic, independent, and precise User Stories in Given/When/Then format, ensure clarity, and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Participating with team for finding limitations and potential solution of how the deal could look like
- Interact with stakeholders to extract the deep requirements and hidden needs, maintain smooth and clear process of retranslation the vision of the product to the entire team, making sure everyone is on the same page
- Perform high-level feature validation to ensure the product follows right direction and lead demos for gathering feedback and future improvements
