As our client gets ready to launch, DesignThink is hiring a Marketing specialist who will play a key role in executing and scaling the company's marketing and go-to-market initiatives. This role will support demand generation, brand building, product launches and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market & Growth Execution
Partner with the GTM Lead to plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, new features, and market entry initiatives
Translate GTM strategy into clear marketing campaigns across digital, content, and event channels
Support demand generation initiatives aimed at driving qualified leads and pipeline growth
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Content, Messaging & Brand Management
Develop and manage marketing content including website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials
Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all customer-facing materials
Work with designers, content creators, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing assets
Maintain and regularly update marketing collateral in line with product and GTM updates
Events, Partnerships & Travel Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for related startup events, conferences, demo days, and ecosystem engagements
Support event marketing activities, including pre-event promotion, on-ground coordination, and post-event follow-up
Track event outcomes and contribute to post-event reporting and lead follow-up processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Support the creation of customer-facing materials such as case studies, one-pagers, FAQs, and onboarding content
Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads and consistent messaging throughout the funnel
Marketing Operations & Reporting
Manage marketing tools, dashboards, and workflows to support efficient execution
Track key marketing metrics including engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, assets, and event activities
Required Qualifications
4–5 years experience in marketing, growth, or communications roles, preferably within startups, fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled businesses
Proven experience supporting or executing go-to-market strategies and campaignsStrong content creation and messaging skills across multiple channels
Experience coordinating events, logistics, or travel as part of business or marketing activities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working with limited structure and building processes where needed
