The Head Cook oversees and directs the day-to-day food and housekeeping services of a remote camp on the North Slope of Alaska, responsible for client relations and all aspects of food operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in high volume food production and supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Previous supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Current ServSafe Manager certification
- Able to proficiently speak, read, understand, and write English
- Reliable access to a smartphone capable of running apps for scheduling, timekeeping, shift communications, and time-off requests
