Requirements
- Providing world-class support to our EMEA customer base.
- Train and motivate a team of Support Engineers
- Foster and leverage key relationships inside Delinea
- Develop and present executive-facing reports
- Proactively engage with in-region and worldwide executives
- Conduct post mortems
- Evaluate staff performance
- Implement KPIs
- Perform trending and analysis of escalations
- Onsite customer visits as required
